Business Development Manager Requirements Retail Experience: Proven sales background in retail with success in £1m deals, whether working for a retailer or selling into Tier One or Tier Two Retailers or CVS channels. Relevant Industry Insights: Expertise in Point of Sale systems, barcodes, card readers, planogram sectors, IoT, video surveillance, CCTV, RFID, kiosks, interactive touch screens, ESL (Electronic Shelf Labelling), video walls, handheld scanners, etc., is highly beneficial.
