About the role:
Key Duties and Responsibilities
1. Prospecting Activities; pro-actively seek out and research businesses within target non-farming commercial sectors in order to develop a sales pipeline of quality prospects sufficient to achieve new business targets.
2. Engage with sales initiatives to help grow our existing book of commercial business.
3. Cross sell a wide range of products to our existing portfolio of clients. Introducing the full range of NFU Mutual products; including Financial Services & Risk Management Services.
4. Responsible for maintaining high levels of professionalism while working towards building a quality rapport with every client.
5. Work with the management team to stay up to date with product developments and changes in processes.
About you:
What we are looking for:
1. Experience in providing high quality customer service in an office or admin environment.
2. Strong interpersonal skills, communication skills and a friendly and social character with the ability to deal with a diverse range of clientele.
3. A keen team worker with the ability to work collaboratively with others to complete a wide range of tasks.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
5. Confident in working with computers and CRM systems; experience with a Customer Relationship Management System and Social Media skills is an advantage.
