Responsibilities
* Be the first point of contact for order queries and order issues, communicating with Logistics and Export Teams to ensure timely product delivery and effectively solve problems.
* Work closely with Logistics, Finance, and IT to manage order flow, customers and expectations.
* Add new customers' contact details to the customer database, ensuring all customer records are up to date and all administration tasks are carried out.
* Collate weekly sales information and analyze sales data to identify and report on top sellers, style popularity, and market trends.
* Generate reports and oversee prioritized orders, ensuring all orders are entered accurately, recorded, and confirmations sent to customers.
* Support the Wholesale team with event preparation, including showroom organization and scheduling buyer appointments.
* Support in the preparation of sales presentations and other key meetings by creating decks.
* Provide daily administrative support to ensure wholesale operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Skills and Experience Required
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, or related field (preferred).
* Passionate about a career in wholesale.
* Excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to be accurate on data entry tasks.
* Excellent communication skills, able to effectively share information with the Wholesale team and other internal stakeholders.
* Knowledge and passion for fashion and products – ‘fashion sensibility’ – knowledge of trends, the market, the luxury consumer, and peer awareness.
* Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
* Flexible, ‘can do’ attitude and a willingness to take on new challenges.
* Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic, and constantly evolving environment.
