MSX International is looking for a Warranty Coordinator to join our busy Honda Warranty team, based in the Honda’s corporate offices in Bracknell (Berks).
The Warranty Coordinator will act as a focal point for warranty support activities throughout the European region. The role provides pro-active customer support to the European warranty functions at both market and Dealer level.
The Role
In this role, the Warranty Coordinator will work very closely with the team, coordinating all Warranty operations.
As part of this role, the Warranty Coordinator will:
1. Front line support for factories and responsible markets.
2. Implement new and improve existing initiatives within the Pan-E warranty functions.
3. Support ongoing improvements within warranty operations for policy change activities.
4. Monthly warranty data analysis and internal reporting of warranty performance.
5. Business support for European warranty operations.
6. Day to day support of incoming enquiries across the region for warranty enquiries.
7. Set up of import vehicles to warranty system to allow claim handling.
8. Month end invoice processing between factories & Head Office.
9. Support creation of Draft bulletins or changes to policy manual.
10. Liaise with MSXI UK Programme Manager to propose improvements/best practice where appropriate.
About you
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with great organizational skills. Our ideal Warranty Coordinator will have Dealer Franchise or OEM warranty background with demonstrable warranty operations experience. As well as:
11. Understanding of Automotive Aftersales business operations.
12. Understanding of the warranty concept and process.
13. Customer experience would be judged a significant advantage.
14. High attention to detail and ability to work to set processes.
15. PC literate - Ability to generate reports using differing software packages.
16. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
17. A genuine interest in working with people from a variety of organisations and cultures.
