Due to a period of growth and exciting new business opportunities, Verde are looking to hire a Senior SEO Manager to work alongside the founder, Joe and the Verde team.
We are an SEO agency specialising in fashion, luxury & sports working with the likes of Adanola, Puresport, Lavish Alice, Shirt in a Box, Firmdale Hotels & more.
If you are someone with 5+ years SEO experience, ideally agency-side (but not 100% required) and want to work with some of the most exciting brands in the industry, then we want to speak to you!
Day-to-day tasks in this role may include:
1. Keyword research using tools such as Semrush
2. On-page optimisations
3. Strategising SEO roadmaps
4. Google Analytics & Google Search Console reviews to understand performance of clients & identify any issues/opportunities
5. Researching latest digital marketing trends as well as fashion / luxury news
6. Performing technical site audits & competitor analysis
7. Leading client accounts
8. Communication with clients on current workflows, new opportunities etc
9. Developing the junior team’s SEO skillsets
10. Leading SEO teams & freelance resource
11. Working alongside the Founder on new business pitches & proposals
12. Streamlining SEO processes & ways of working
We are looking for a motivated individual with agency experience that has previously been involved in team management, leading clients.
This role is based in Brentwood, Essex, right by Brentwood Station, with a direct line to Central London taking around 40 minutes on the Elizabeth line. It is a hybrid role with a minimum of 3 days in the office and 2 working from home or another suitable working location. Hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
The salary bracket for this role is £40-50,000, dependent on experience.
