1. You’ll be the first point of contact for our guests when it comes to repair updates and help them navigate the difficulties involved in dealing with an insurance claim.
2. Administrating insurance claims with accuracy and following internal processes.
3. You will deliver high levels of customer contact and communications throughout the vehicle repairs.
4. Loading work into the workshop, ensuring capacity is managed to allow maximum throughput.
5. Daily banking.
6. Organizing a team of drivers to meet customer expectations.
