Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant General Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and leading a dedicated team. Your leadership skills will be crucial in maintaining high standards of service and efficiency within our establishment, which encompasses both hotel management and culinary services.
Responsibilities
1. Assist the General Manager in managing day-to-day operations.
2. Supervise and train staff, fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional development.
3. Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
4. Collaborate with the management team to develop strategies for improving service delivery and operational efficiency.
5. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within all areas of operation.
Experience
1. Proven experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry.
2. Demonstrated ability to supervise teams effectively while promoting a collaborative atmosphere.
3. Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
4. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a calm demeanour under pressure.
5. Previous experience in bartending.
