ERP Account Executive
Location: Fully remote
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 basic plus £50,000 commission uncapped
This ERP company is a 40-strong ERP software vendor growing and looking to expand the sales team. They need a new business ERP sales Account Executive to find new clients.
Your target is one deal per month.
The reason you would want this job is because the software is great. It looks good at demo, it has great deep functionality, it works brilliantly, and once an organization has it, the internal uptake is great. Unusually, they have product managers for each module, and each product manager champions their own functionality and design with continual improvement. The solution is changing much faster than large ERP competitors with their old-fashioned processes. This is fast-paced, with rapid change, and they try new things often. Your first year will be a huge learning curve, getting used to a rapidly changing environment; it will be fun, and you will be stretched, but you will learn a huge amount.
They have lots of marketing going on to generate leads, which includes:
* AI robots on the website
* Paid leads
* AI lead generation and qualification
* Lots of IT showcases
This means that the current team is too busy, and they need one more ERP sales executive to deal with the leads.
Of course, you will need to do some lead generation yourself to keep in practice and know what the market is like, and you will have to create your own targeted email campaigns and approach potential clients in specific markets.
You will have the support of a Pre-Sales consultant for the complex demos.
You will be joining as the next round of financing comes in; this means the company will double in size in 2025, with lots of opportunities and career growth.
This is a job for an ambitious, hungry, motivated ERP sales person who wants to push their career forward and make a lot of money selling ERP solutions.
