A new opportunity has arisen for a German Speaking Training Lead to join a multinational company to manage and plan training for the implementation of Swiss and German TLM and Payroll Implementations.
Responsibilities:
* Conducting a thorough analysis to understand the training needs of different employee groups.
* Identifying specific skills and knowledge gaps related to the new Payroll and TLM system.
* Designing a comprehensive training plan that includes objectives, timelines, and methodologies.
* Gather training materials working with our new vendor.
* Work closely internally with business stakeholders, project managers, HR, and IT to devise training materials and means of delivery to ensure alignment on training results.
* Developing training materials such as manuals, guides, e-learning modules, and presentations.
* Utilizing various training methods (in-person, virtual, recordings, manuals, information sessions).
* Coordinating training sessions, including scheduling, room arrangements, and resource allocation.
* Assessing the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and surveys.
* Maintaining detailed records of training activities, attendance, and feedback.
* Reporting progress and outcomes to senior management and stakeholders.
Requirements:
* Used cases of automation to facilitate delivery.
