Working as a Temporary Sales Support Administrator, this assignment will be ongoing until November 2025, on a full-time basis.
This would be an excellent opportunity for an established Sales Administrator to gain exposure in a new space, or for a scientific Graduate to build on their current clerical expertise.
Working in the busy and buzzy sales team, this individual will bring exemplary communication skills, the ability to manage a high traffic inbox, as wells as impeccable attention to detail.
This is a full-time temporary role, working Monday to Friday, from 9am-5pm.
Temporary Sales Support Administrator Responsibilities
Answering queries on live chat, email and the telephone
Processing customer orders via Sage, Azure and Zoho
Entering data pertaining to sales and metrics
Liaising with Account Managers
Rectifying discrepancies with accounts, POs or invoices
Contacting clients to discuss new products
