Ventro are currently looking to recruit a Construction Project Manager to join our team based in Bristol. The primary role of a Construction Project Manager is to ensure that projects are delivered on schedule, within the budget and according to H&S and the client’s requirements.
Main Responsibilities:
* Meeting with management and clients to identify project requirements and provide project updates
* Supervise sites and co-ordinate activities under CDM regulations
* Compiling and submitting project status reports - Inc; Progress, delays, Health & Safety, requests for information
* Promote Ventro to identify future opportunities of new works
* Conduct door quality inspections with the use of audit sheets
* Carry out firestopping QS measurement checks
* Managing materials on site and stock levels
* Monitoring project performance to ensure timely delivery
* Managing subcontract teams
* Building control liaison
* Managing 3-5 live projects at a time
* Site Health and Safety - Inc; Rams, Toolbox Talks, site signage, understanding of asbestos registers, safe working practices, reporting near misses and accidents, raising F10
Requirements:
* CSCS (Or Equivalent)
* SMSTS (Or Equivalent)
* Emergency First Aid at Work (3 Day Course preferred)
