My client, a leading energy organisation, is looking to recruit a customer service advisor / order processor to join their team on a permanent basis.
Based from state-of-the-art offices, you will be joining a large and busy team who pride themselves on the service they provide to internal and external customers.
Your new role
The position is offered full-time, Monday to Friday, with a hybrid model in place. The hybrid model will commence once full training has been completed and can take between 6–12 months.
Working hours from 08.30am - 17.00pm
Working as part of the Customer Services team, you will be passionate about delivering an outstanding customer experience to new and existing customers.As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the main point of contact for our customers. You will process customer orders and requests submitted by telephone and email.
Dealing with all customer enquiries, from checking stock availability, helping with general product queries, liaising with the logistics/operational team by chasing up outstanding customer orders and making sure you keep the customer informed of any delays or changes in delivery requests.
