Brownlee Cale are recruiting for a Senior Admin/ Document Controller for a civil engineering contractor in Bolton. Duties include the preparation and publication of documentation, as well as coordinating the storage, organisation and sharing of information. Work collaboratively with the projects teams, site assurance teams and asset integrators. Support staff on the Business Management System (BMS) document control and Sharepoint system. Set up project filing structures in Microsoft SharePoint and establish incoming and outgoing documentation processes; monitor and support the project teams to comply with the processes. Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of experience in senior admin or document control within an engineering or technical environment Highly organised with an attention to detail, ability to plan and prioritise the team’s workload and able to work effectively to deadlines. Strong communication skills Knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and compliance requirements related to document control would be of benefit Good interpersonal skills and team worker Role will be primarily office-based with potential for hybrid working. 6 month temp role initially, with potential for permanent employment
