What You Will Be Doing In this role, you will be part of the Strategy & Strategic Partnership team at ChargePoint owning all implementation aspects of strategic partner engagements in the European market. Your responsibility encompasses electric vehicle supply equipment (EVSE) and infrastructure with a particular focus on the software and systems that underpin our solution offerings. You will be responsible for actively driving and managing the programs and workstreams that have been agreed upon with the partners. You will be able to partner on defining a scope of work that can be successfully implemented with the responsible sales lead and Solutions Engineering. You will also be responsible for defining a tangible milestone plan and drive progress with the partner, monitoring and securing timely delivery of defined deliverables according to a pre-agreed timeline. You will be able to identify issues and potential program blockers as far in advance as possible and be able to propose pathways to mitigating those risks You will interact on various levels with the partner according to a clear and agreed communication/cooperation model that identifies all relevant formal interaction channels. You will closely work cross functionally to be able to assume responsibility for the Day 1 delivery phase and proactively manage a proper handoff of the SOW etc from the Day 0 responsible. You will also closely work together with colleagues in other departments who are responsible for the delivery of various elements of the program. It is noted that this is a management task without the hierarchical power of those colleagues. You will participate in the QBR’s with the partner and present progress and performance against given KPIs. The applicant must be a critical thinker, self-motivated, and able to effectively manage projects in an organised and well-documented way. The applicant should be able to manage in a stressful environment under high time pressure. Finally, the applicant should be cost conscious. Travel requirement: up to 50% travel within Europe. Core responsibilities Maintain deep technical and business knowledge of our EV ecosystem and the technical capabilities of ChargePoint therein. Develop and deliver technical proposals/solutions to partners in close cooperation with the various departments within CP to fulfill the agreed SOW. Take full responsibility of the delivery of those solutions within the agreed timelines and communicate about progress internally as well as externally. Responsible for identifying technical issues that may affect partner satisfaction and proactively working to resolve such issues Requirements Minimum 5 years of combined experience in a systems engineering, program or project management or technical consulting capacity EV charging backend, Telematics or Energy Management experience beneficial Excellent oral and written communication skills, fluent English, German beneficial Excellent planning and documentation skills You must be able to think in opportunities rather than risks Excellent co-working skills, and team player. Strong customer facing and relationship building skills Travel requirement: up to 50% travel within Europe.
