We’ve got a fantastic opportunity for you to join our amazing team as a Supported Housing Manager, helping to make a real difference leading our brilliant service at Webb Ellis Court in Scarborough. You’ll inspire a dedicated team, ensuring our older residents (55+) can live independently in their beautifully designed apartments.

Typical day as a Supported Housing Manager (known internally as Community Wellbeing Manager)
* Leading and inspiring your housing team to deliver high-quality, person-centred support to our customers.
* Working closely with our Registered Manager and care team to ensure 24/7 wellbeing services are delivered.
* Keeping an eye on performance, monitoring service quality, and making sure we’re hitting all our contractual targets.
* Engaging with external agencies and self-referrals to keep the service visible and accessible within the local community.
* Handling budgets, ensuring cost-effective delivery while meeting customer needs.
* Supporting your team’s development, offering guidance and ensuring everyone thrives in their roles.

You bring
* A proven track record managing large contracts, budgets, and KPIs in a housing or care setting.
* Expertise in Housing, Care and Support sectors, including safeguarding processes and housing law.
* Strong leadership skills, with the ability to bring your team together and drive high-quality services.
* A passion for promoting independence and social inclusion within the community.
* Fantastic communication and analytical skills to respond quickly and effectively to emerging risks.
* Experience in supported housing or community wellbeing environments, ideally within Extra Care.
Due to limits on our current certificates of sponsorship, we are not able to offer sponsorship to external candidates for this role. This remains under regular review.

As well as being part of a large team in Webb Ellis Court, you will also join the wider Yorkshire management team and will work for our brilliant Operations Manager Gemma Hutchinson.
Job Details
* 37.5 hours a week, with flexible working options available to fit personal appointments or family commitments
* On call shift payment of £14.30 per session
* You’ll need an Enhanced DBS check done and we pay for that.
