The Role: We are seeking a dedicated HLTA to join the team at The St Teresa's Multi Academy Trust to be part of the bank staff working across a cluster of schools. The successful candidates will have the opportunity for long term or day cover at either one specific school or across all the Trust schools. You will play a key role in supporting teachers, leading lessons, and managing behaviour to ensure a safe and productive learning environment. Key Responsibilities: Deliver lessons and small group interventions as directed by the class teacher. Support the development of individual learning plans for pupils. Implement strong behaviour management techniques to maintain a positive classroom atmosphere. Provide additional support to children with special educational needs (SEN) or those requiring extra guidance. Requirements: Proven experience as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, preferably in a primary school setting. A strong understanding of effective behaviour management strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. HLTA qualification or equivalent. A passion for making a positive impact on children’s education and well-being.
