Finance Assistant (24 hours per week) | Tonbridge | £30,000 (pro rata)
My client, a local leader in their field, is looking for a Finance Assistant to join them on a permanent basis. This role will be supporting the Finance Manager and the Office Manager in managing supplier invoices, subcontractor payments, and general finance tasks. Role & Responsibilities
1. Process supplier invoices, credits, and statements with precision
2. Code and data input onto Sage software
3. Ensure all credit notes match corresponding invoices
4. Work cross-departmentally to ensure accurate billing
5. Handle subcontractor invoicing, including CIS calculations
6. Support the Finance Manager and assist with various financial admin tasks
7. Maintain accurate records and files for all transactions
Skills & Experience
1. 3+ years' experience working within a finance or accounts team
2. Experience with Sage or similar finance systems is a plus
3. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
4. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
5. Clear communication and problem-solving abilities

1. Flexibility on days and hours worked, pattern to be agreed at interview
