Job Title: Quantity Surveyor
Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 + package OR £350 - £400 per day CIS

Due to our continuous growth and expanding projects across the East Midlands we are seeking a dedicated Quantity Surveyor to join our team.
Responsibilities:
* Assist in the management of commercial aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed within budget and to the highest standards.
* Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents for upcoming projects.
* Conduct regular cost analysis and risk assessments to identify potential issues and opportunities for cost savings.
* Collaborate with project teams to monitor progress and resolve any commercial disputes.
* Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain positive relationships and ensure project requirements are met.
* Manage your own diary and work with flexibility to accommodate project needs and deadlines.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the construction industry.
* Strong knowledge of highways, roads, 278 schemes, infrastructure, and civil engineering projects.
* Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
* Proficiency in relevant software such as Excel, cost estimating software, and project management tools.
* Relevant degree or professional qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
