At Avon Support, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced support worker to join our team at our Warwick Hub. This position is to support a young lady with a mixture of challenging behaviour, autism, and learning disabilities. The ideal candidate will have experience in mental health, challenging behaviour, autism, and communication aids.
We are looking for someone who is kind-natured, very calm, and patient.
Role Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be energetic, enthusiastic, and promote independence. You will be required to plan and take part in daily activities in the community, both indoor and outdoor, ensuring she lives life to the full. You will encourage learning and developing skills that are fun and engaging, supporting with all needs including personal care.
