What You'll Be Doing:
Sourcing and screening candidates across various industries
Writing and optimising job adverts to attract top talent
Managing applications and conducting initial interviews
Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates
Coordinating candidate submissions and interview scheduling
Keeping up with market trends to stay ahead in recruitment
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in recruitment (Resourcing or 180 role preferred)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
A proactive mindset – able to source and engage hard-to-find talent
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple vacancies
Tech-savvy – experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and ATS platforms is a plus
