Job Purpose (including but not limited to):
* Install broadband and TV services
* Resolve broadband faults
* Optimize speed in our customer's premises on behalf of our clients, including TalkTalk and BT
* Carry out repair and maintenance of Broadband, Telephony, and related services
Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
* Complete all work to the required quality standards as applied by Qube, in line with best practices and client requirements
* Educate customers on the services installed and ensure all services operate to their satisfaction
* Work efficiently while maintaining consideration, a clean environment, and high customer satisfaction
* Respond professionally and effectively to all customer requests and inquiries
* Continuously develop your professional skills through timely completion of training requirements
* Comply with company fleet policy
* Follow current health and safety regulations, including the H&S handbook and Toolbox Talks
* Operate tools safely and ensure work activities comply with environmental regulations
* Ensure compliance with Circet UK Data Protection Policies, the Data Protection Act, and other relevant legislation
