Business Developer / Sales Development Representative
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Development Executive to join our client's friendly team. Your role will be to assist in growing and building the pipeline for future years through booking appointments and CPDs with key influencers including architects.
Responsibilities:
1. Making outbound phone calls to architects introducing new and current products.
2. Booking CPD presentations and appointments for the external representative.
3. Working closely with marketing, ensuring we are reaching out to new architect practices.
4. Reporting back to the line manager on successes, wins, and numbers.
5. Following up on web leads and samples that have been sent to ensure we are offering great service and booking appointments off the back of the leads.
6. Ensuring the database is clean.
Skills and Attributes:
1. Previous experience in a sales, telephone, and/or customer service role essential.
2. Persistent and results-oriented.
3. Patient and able to handle customer rejection.
4. High level of adaptability.
5. Previous experience with CRM systems.
6. Self-disciplined with strong time management skills.
7. Experience working in a KPI-driven role.
