The successful candidate will be expected to provide high quality, effective and confidential administrative support to the Headteacher and be responsible for the school’s administrative and clerical functions by leading the front of house team.
The successful candidate is expected to have excellent IT skills and strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in a busy office environment is essential and proven PA and management experience within an educational establishment is desirable. Candidates must have the ability to take clear and detailed minutes and experience of using, maintaining and developing administrative systems.
To be successful in your application, you will have some experience or transferrable skills required for an PA and Office Manager as per the .
You will have a combination of excellent people skills, and have a pro-active, organised and motivated approach to your work. If you are someone that can adapt to changing priorities and work with flexibility and have high levels of commitment, honesty and integrity, this role is one that would provide you with the opportunity to use these skills.
