Account Manager Location: Outskirts of Cambridge Salary: £26-28k Bonus Hours: 37.5 hours a week Monday to Friday (on site) Role Overview: An exclusive distributor of premium skin care, beauty products, and medical devices in the Greater Cambridge Area is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Account Manager to join their team. The Account Manager will play a key role in managing client accounts, understanding customer needs, and promoting the company’s products and services to meet those needs. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to ensure loyalty and repeat business. Manage client accounts by providing tailored advice, support, and solutions to meet customer needs. Promote the company's range of products and services to drive sales and achieve targets. Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to grow the client base. Regularly analyze data and market trends to provide insights to clients and inform sales strategies. Maintain accurate records using the company’s CRM software. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients. Qualifications: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven experience in account management, sales, or customer service. Knowledge of the skin care, beauty products, or medical devices industry is beneficial but not essential. Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights to clients. Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple accounts and priorities. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
