Role: Cook and Resident Support
Location: Bolton Le Sands, Carnforth
Abbeyfield is looking for someone with the following skills:
* Can confidently cook for up to 14 people.
* Available for optional overtime when cover is required.
* Organised and ready to deal with whatever comes their way.
* Understands the importance of great customer service and the needs of older people.
* Basic computer skills (experience with Outlook and Excel is beneficial; training will be given with additional systems).

You will ensure the wellbeing and safety of our residents, being the first point of contact for them to report any issues they may have, to investigate and escalate where necessary. Budget management and basic computer skills would be an advantage; however, full support and training will be given by our friendly and supportive staff.
Please note this role will require eligibility to work in the UK, two satisfactory employment references, and a Standard DBS check, the cost of which will be met by Abbeyfield.
