Sales Manager
Location: Remote – South of England
Salary: Upto £45k basic with a 10% OTE
Working Hours: 40 hours per week
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive sales growth within the Manufacturing & Solutions sector, with a primary focus on the English market.
In this position, you will develop and maintain relationships with clients in the Marine and Industry sectors, secure orders, and collaborate with a dynamic sales team. The role involves balancing client engagement, sales planning, and team collaboration, with approximately 25-50% travel across England.
What You’ll Do
Client Engagement and Sales Activities (50%): Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers, negotiate contracts, and meet sales targets.
Sales Planning and Administration (30%): Develop annual marketing and sales plans, setting measurable objectives.
Meetings and Collaboration (20%): Work closely with team members to ensure smooth execution of projects.
Oversee projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with overall sales strategy.
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications: SVQ Level 3 or HNC Level 3.
Experience: 2-5 years of relevant work experience in a sales role.
Skills:
Strong commercial acumen and the ability to learn quickly.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
