The Business Energy Digital Support team is responsible for helping customers use our online portal, manage customers online access permissions and assist IT with further development.
As a Business Energy Digital Support Advisor your role will be diverse and dynamic, we have responsibility for:
- Responding to customer email enquiries in timely manner
- Helping customers on the phone
- Evaluating customer access requests promptly
- Identifying any underlining faults/bugs.
It will be your responsibility to accurately complete all pieces of work assigned to you on daily basis, while being available to take customer calls promptly and providing best possible phone experience.
What do I need?
- You will need a passion for Accuracy and efficiency
- Able to cope with a fast paced working environment
- A strong team work ethic
- Excellent phone manner
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages (Word and Excel is essential)
- Utility Experience desirable but not essential
