We’d love to hear from you About the role We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Senior QA to oversee and manage the quality assurance processes across multiple Salesforce implementation projects. The ideal candidate will collaborate with stakeholders, manage test plans, support QA engineers on individual projects, and ensure high-quality Salesforce solutions are delivered within the organization. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and hands-on testing experience in Salesforce environments. Key Responsibilities Serve as the QA Lead for Salesforce initiatives, managing testing efforts across multiple projects. Develop and implement QA strategies, test frameworks, and best practices tailored for Salesforce environments. Act as the central point of contact for testing-related activities across projects. Mentor and support QA team members working on individual projects. Define and document test plans, test strategies, and acceptance criteria for Salesforce projects. Coordinate end-to-end testing efforts, including functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing. Ensure test coverage of Salesforce functionalities like Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc. Work closely with project managers, developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to define quality objectives and timelines. Communicate testing progress, risks, and issues effectively to stakeholders. Ensure alignment between QA processes and project goals. Identify opportunities for test automation and implement automation frameworks to enhance efficiency. Lead efforts to integrate QA into CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployments. Continuously review and improve testing processes and tools for better productivity. Manage defect life cycle, including identifying, logging, tracking, and retesting defects in collaboration with development teams. Ensure timely resolution of critical defects before project delivery. Experience Minimum of 7 years in QA, with 3 years in Salesforce QA and 2 years in a QA Lead or similar role. Hands-on experience with Salesforce testing across modules like Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc. Technical Skills Proficiency in Salesforce tools (e.g., Salesforce Inspector, SOQL, Workbench). Experience with test management tools like JIRA, ALM, or TestRail. Knowledge of automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Provar, or other Salesforce-specific tools). Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Git, or Bitbucket. Leadership Proven ability to lead distributed QA teams and manage testing across multiple projects. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Communication Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform Developer). Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
