Job Title: Sales Coordinator
Role Type: Permanent
Salary: 35k to 40k + Commission
Location: North West London
Hours: Monday - Friday (Hybrid working for 1 day) 8:30- 17:30
Key Responsibilities of Sales Coordinator
* Act as the main point of contact for all clients, including UK, European, International, Corporate, and Trade customers.
* Proactively identify and seize opportunities to sell key services, such as storage and full value protection, while upselling third-party services.
* Build and nurture long-term relationships with both new and existing clients, as well as suppliers.
* Convert client inquiries into sales opportunities by asking the right questions and listening attentively to their needs.
* Provide accurate quotations based on client requirements, or schedule site surveys with estimators as needed.
* Input data into Moveware to generate quotations, ensuring the best rates from multiple suppliers for quality and cost-effectiveness.
* Manage storage client requests, organising delivery from storage as needed.
* Negotiate pricing with potential clients to secure the most profitable outcomes for the business.
* Complete all sales-related administrative tasks, ensuring accurate documentation in Moveware.
