WHY is the position available?
This brand new role requires an experienced Order To Cash Lead to oversee the standardisation and implementation of the Order To Cash process for the ORACLE R12 upgrade across all sites globally. This role is crucial for ensuring efficient order fulfilment, shipping and invoicing processes.

Serve as the Global OTC process owner.
Lead future state process mapping for order fulfilment, shipping, and invoicing.
Transform and set up customer master data.
Test, train, and create work instructions for the CSR team for ERP go-live.
Coordinate activities with external consultants, internal stakeholders, and global colleagues.Required Qualifications, Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
Experienced Order To Cash or Customer Service Manager.
Proven experience in leading and implementing OTC activities as part of an ERP implementation or upgrade, preferably ORACLE.
Strong background in coaching, supporting, transforming, leading, and managing teams.
Experience working in a global enterprise.
Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.Personal Attributes:
