Dan y Bryn is situated in pleasant, landscaped surroundings in the small village of Ynysmeudwy on the outskirts of Pontardawe. Boasting an excellent reputation as being a quality and valued care provider where the needs of the residents are at the centre of all that they do. What is the role? The Team Leader role involves day to day support, with duties such as: Motivating staff to encourage and support residents. Ensure all individuals are safe and secure within the environment and ensuring that all safeguarding policies and procedures are always followed. Undertake supervision and observational practices with our team of Care Workers as directed. Maintain accurate records and document any concerns. What skills and experience do you need?
