As part of our experienced brand team, you'll collaborate closely with the Head of Employer Brand to craft engaging designs for a variety of projects and internal customers. You’ll make huge impact from crafting engaging candidate materials to developing eye-catching design templates and innovative campaign assets. You’ll be well versed at applying brand guidelines to maintain consistency and infuse our visual identity with intrigue, across a range of digital assets. Proficiency across the Adobe Suite, such as Photoshop, InDesign is essential. Additionally, the ability and enthusiasm to adapt to new software with our support is highly valued. You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home, moving to the majority of your working week from September 2025. What you’ll be doing: Responsible for designing employer brand content and campaign assets in line with the AXA's brand guidelines. Developing campaign assets such as social media graphics and digital ads to support various initiatives. Ensuring a consistent visual identity across all colleague touchpoints, event materials, and digital content. Creating visually appealing colleague guidance packs and candidate documents. Adhering to brand guidelines and maintaining brand consistency across all design materials produced for internal and external use. Managing multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritising tasks, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Seeking feedback from stakeholders and incorporating revisions to refine designs and ensure they meet the intended objectives. Operate as document owner for all team templating and employer brand guideline documents. Collaborating with internal teams and external suppliers to design materials for careers and volunteering events, including displays and promotional items. What you’ll bring: Skilled Graphic Designer with demonstrable capability across a variety of briefs from guidance documents and core templating, to cutting edge design, illustration, and animation. Experience leading on full design process from ideation, concept creation and presentation of ideas, right through to executional elements of design. Qualified in using the Adobe Suite, InDesign, Illustrator & Photoshop. Competency with generative AI, curiosity to explore its capability and application to design. Stakeholder management skills, with ability to work with non-technical stakeholders and show them what ‘good’ looks like. Able to work with Campaign Managers, Content Managers, Copywriters and Senior Leaders. Comfortable working to deadlines and updating team on design progress. Proactive in obtaining feedback through the design process, making amends where necessary. Brand literate, able to translate global guidelines into local assets. Foster community of Graphic Design best practice with L&D, Internal Communications, Social Media and Brand teams.
