We’re seeking a dynamic Operations Manager to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of a vibrant seafront harbour. Who can drive exceptional visitor experiences, and maintain the highest standards of safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily site operations, ensuring safety and compliance are top priorities.
* Collaborate with senior teams to deliver operational excellence and revenue growth.
* Lead and manage the Duty Management Team and Customer Service Operative Team.
* Support events, animations, and trader management, ensuring exceptional standards and customer service.
* Manage onsite security, parking systems, and key infrastructure.
* Maintain and improve health & safety standards across all operations.
* Build strong relationships with traders, fostering success and collaboration.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience in operational or site management roles.
* Strong leadership and organizational skills.
* Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
* Knowledge of health & safety, compliance, and licensing standards is advantageous.
