Elev8 is a startup recruitment business doing things differently. We’re looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join us on a fully remote basis and help drive our growth.
This isn’t a KPI-obsessed, micromanaged agency. You won’t be targeted on call times or activity levels but let’s be clear: we expect results. If you’re someone who knows how to build business, win clients, and fill roles, you’ll do well here. If you’re looking for an easy ride, this isn’t it.

What does the role involve?
1. New Business Development - Building relationships, winning new clients, and growing your desk.
2. Candidate Sourcing & Management - Finding and engaging top talent.
3. Full ownership of your desk - No restrictions, no limitations - recruit where the best opportunities are.
4. Autonomy & Accountability - No one will be breathing down your neck, but you need to drive your own success.
Who we’re looking for:
1. An experienced 360 Recruiter - You know how to run your own desk.
2. Someone who thrives with autonomy - but understands that autonomy still means accountability.
3. A confident business developer - You’re comfortable picking up the phone and building relationships that bring in revenue. You need to have a phone first attitude.
4. Experience in Technical Recruitment is a huge plus - particularly Engineering, Manufacturing, or Tech.
5. Someone who enjoys working in a collaborative, no-nonsense team.
