Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced sales professional with knowledge of the UK automotive aftermarket to join a global automotive parts supplier. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for a candidate currently working in aftermarket distribution to work directly for the parts manufacturer.
As a Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in the UK operation, supporting customers across the aftermarket and contributing to the overall sales strategy. In return, you will receive a competitive salary, a bonus of up to 25%, a fully expensed car, 22 days holiday, and an enhanced pension. The role involves travel across the UK.

What you’ll need:
* Proven success in a customer-facing sales role
* First-class planning, negotiation skills, and the ability to influence customer behavior
* Experience in the UK automotive aftermarket, either with a supplier or distributor/motor factor
* A valid UK driving license and the ability to travel with overnight stays
What you’ll be doing:
* Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers across the aftermarket, at branch and head office levels within distribution networks
* Engage with customer branches to collect information, monitor sales performance, and address queries
* Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities, and prepare reports
* Attend trade evenings and events as required
* Support customers with promotions and workouts for garages
* Focus on business development alongside managing existing accounts
* Actively promote the brand in the marketplace
