What you’ll be doing: Deliver high-quality 2nd and 3rd-line support, solving complex issues across hardware, software, and network infrastructure. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain a smooth, secure, and efficient IT environment. Share your expertise by mentoring colleagues and documenting best practices. Play a key role in global IT projects and change initiatives. Support a diverse tech stack including Windows 10/11, Windows Server 2016–2022, Linux, and Microsoft 365. Manage and troubleshoot Active Directory, VPNs, virtualisation, and a variety of network technologies including firewalls, switches, and WAPs. Work in line with ITIL practices and support Cyber Essentials compliance.What we’re looking for: 2–3 years’ experience in a similar 3rd-line support role. Relevant certifications (CompTIA A, ITIL, VMware, Microsoft 365) are a strong plus. Confident, hands-on technical skills and the ability to remain calm and resourceful under pressure.
