Key Responsibilities: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our products and operational platforms Develop a comprehensive understanding of all business areas Own and coordinate the resolution of client queries, meeting deadlines and SLAs Collaborate with Client Relationship teams to enhance client experience Apply and streamline business processes within a risk-controlled environment Lead client service projects and participate in steering groups Identify opportunities for process improvement and service delivery enhancement Ideal Candidate Profile: Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
