Based from their state-of-the-art facilities in Co Durham, this is a pivotal role reporting directly to the Managing Director, where you'll drive revenue, cultivate key customer relationships, and lead a small but high-performing team. What You’ll Bring to the Team: Proven track record of success in a senior business development role, ideally within the automotive manufacturing industry A degree (or equivalent) in business or finance. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans that deliver exceptional results. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. A results-oriented mindset.
