Your new role
As the Marketing Coordinator you will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of high-quality marketing assets and effective advertising. Your responsibilities will include implementing marketing plans, creating engaging content across digital and offline channels, and evaluating market-leading marketingmunications. Additionally, you’ll maintain relevant andpelling content to promote developments and the local areas. This role also involves providing administrative support to the marketing team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support the delivery of high-quality marketing assets.
2. Implement marketing plans across various channels.
3. Evaluate and enhance marketingmunications.
4. Maintain engaging content on digital platforms.
5. Provide administrative assistance to the marketing team.
What you'll need to succeed
6. Demonstrate knowledge of both traditional and digital marketing tools, along with a creative and innovative approach.
7. Proven experience in developing print and digital advertising campaigns within specified timelines and budget constraints.
8. Understand multi-channel content planning, creation, and delivery.
9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, CRM systems, CMS systems, and other digital platforms.
10. Knowledge of Sales and Marketing techniques, research, and analysis.
11. Excellent written and verbalmunication skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse customer groups.
12. Build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
13. Strong organisational skills, ability to manage multiple deadlines, and work well under pressure.
14. Collaborate effectively in a team environment.
15. Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
16. Creative thinker with analytical capabilities.
17. Possess a full driving license.
18. Availability to work some weekends for events.

19. Marketing experience, ideally within the property industry, an agency environment, or a lifestyle-oriented business
