Role Description:
We are seeking a dedicated psychology graduate to join our team at a mixed-age SEMH school in Heywood OL10. In this role, you will be responsible for:
1. Managing challenging behaviour in a supportive and constructive manner.
2. Building positive and trusting relationships with students to facilitate pupils' emotional growth and wellbeing.
3. Utilising holistic techniques to address SEMH needs and promote positive outcomes for students.
4. Completion of Team Teach training, highly valuable to effectively support students.
