Sales Director - Data Management
Up to £80K+ Attractive OTE - Hybrid - 6 days/month Midlands Office

After a successful 25 years, the founder has stepped back and hired a new General Manager with ambitious plans to grow to new levels. With a strong focus on a people-centered culture, they aim to nurture and develop their team to optimize results.
If you are a successful commercial manager with a strong track record in software sales and good knowledge and awareness of data management platforms such as XML and JSON, then this could be the opportunity for you.

The role will be home-based with a requirement to visit the office in Malvern around 6 days per month.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and drive market expansion.
2. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team.
3. Build and maintain strong client relationships while identifying new business opportunities.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between sales strategies and product offerings.
Requirements:
1. 5-7+ years of experience in enterprise software sales with proven leadership success.
2. Strong knowledge of content/data comparison and management markets.
3. Demonstrated success in scaling teams and exceeding sales targets.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
