Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and handling correspondence.
Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors, both in person and over the phone.
Assist in the preparation and distribution of reports, presentations, and documents.
Coordinate meetings and events, ensuring all arrangements are made and details are covered.
Maintain and update company databases and filing systems.
Support other team members with various administrative tasks as needed.Requirements:
Proven experience as an Administrator or in a similar administrative role.
Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
