Role Responsibilities To support on a daily basis, our group event strategy on behalf of the Group, working to communicated timescales, and co-ordinating post activity evaluation reports after each event. Confident working with stakeholders, including at board & leadership level. In this, you will be expected to give significant planning and administration support for our annual Excellence Awards. Comfortable liaising with customers and visitors to Group events. Confident liaising with 3rd parties, including printers, audio/visual, Ford Events and staging companies throughout, during and after events as required by the Group Marketing Events Manager. Your contribution will be visible and tangible with a key role in our internal events such as our annual Excellence Awards, Fleet customer events. You will also be expected to support and provide collateral as required for large Group events within our community such as Ford Fair, All Ford and the CV show. The role also includes supporting the internal marketing briefing process for event needs; including bespoke event websites, CRM and digital marketing, social media and PR planning and data disciplines and management. Fluent written and spoken English Full, clean driving licence This is a Hybrid role working on site from any of our TrustFord locations and also from home (the first 3 months during probation will be worked from the office full time, you will then move on to hybrid working from month 4).
