Morgan McKinley is looking for experienced Call Centre Agents - Customer Service professionals for a number of Contact Centre - Customer Services roles working on a hybrid basis for an awesome business based in East Grinstead, West Sussex. The main purpose of the Customer Service - Contact Centre Agent job is to provide excellent Customer Service at all times, handle customer enquiries, and resolve complaints via inbound calls, outbound calls, e-mail, web chat, etc.
Location: East Grinstead, West Sussex - hybrid working - 2 days office
Salary: £25,500 + excellent benefits + 25 days holiday + bank holidays
Customer Service Agent Duties:
1. Answer customer calls and handle queries
2. Respond to customer emails and live web chat
3. Provide a high level of customer service at all times
4. Handle customer complaints
Skills & Experience:
1. Must have previous experience of customer service, ideally working within a busy Call Centre / Contact Centre environment
2. Good communication skills
3. Have a confident, empathetic approach to customers
