Control System Engineering Graduate Scheme at KBR
As a Control System Engineering Graduate, you will join our 60-strong team based in Leatherhead, Surrey, working on exciting projects. We are committed to developing your skills and career through this program.
What does the scheme involve?
At KBR, we support new professionals with training and mentorship. The 2-year program offers experience across various projects and locations, including Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and the Americas. You will be part of a global graduate community and enrolled in the KBR IMPACT network, promoting professional growth and social activities.
What type of projects would you be working on?
You will design instruments and advanced process control systems for facilities such as plastics recycling, LNG, ammonia, hydrogen production, and refineries. The projects focus on automation, energy security, and energy transition, including sustainable energy initiatives, working alongside industry-leading engineers.

What will you do?
* Based in Leatherhead, contributing to various projects at different stages.
* Designing Instrument and Control systems from concept to detailed design, supporting construction and commissioning.
* Rotations may include opportunities abroad in locations like Baku and Chennai.
