Connect2SocialWork is looking for a Registered Manager to lead a new 3-bed children's home in Waltham Abbey. We are excited to partner with this organization that has been providing care and support to children and young people for almost 30 years.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Children's Residential, or equivalent
* Demonstrate commitment to continuing personal development
* Previous experience in a deputy manager or registered manager role in a Residential Children's Care Setting
* Experience working with children, young people, and their families
* Experience working in a residential setting
* Enhanced DBS
SALARY
* Circa 60k per annum (DOE)
