Salary of £61,342 - £67,923 per annum (equating to a total rewards package of around £77-85k)
37 hours per week*

We are seeking a permanent Head of Development Management to lead our dynamic Development Management service.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Head of Service that shares our passion for best practice in our decision making and excellent customer service; that supports the Council’s culture and values; and will champion the strategic implementation of digital technologies.
You will be an inspirational leader, working collaboratively as part of our newly formed Senior Management Team, utilising both your strategic and operational experience. With a strong background in development management, and a natural ability to build relationships with internal and external partners, colleagues, Elected Members and neighbouring authority officers, you will play a critical role in delivering a well-run service.
Qualifications
You will be a Chartered RTPI or Fellow qualified, with a proven track record of leading positive change and managing performance; and have great leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and coach members of their Team.
