Main responsibility of the role:
Working alongside a team of advisers, you will proactively manage ‘your’ customers from beginning to end, whilst also contributing to individual and team productivity targets. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a regulatory environment ensuring compliance with FCA regulations.
Key Accountabilities:
1. Managing and servicing existing client’s insurance needs
2. Maximising New Business Opportunities whilst delivering outstanding customer service
3. Proactive in supporting the wider team in delivering its call handling levels
4. Proactively obtain future dated leads to increase sales and maximise revenue opportunities
5. Renewal of existing client policies by servicing renewal requirements
6. Produce and/or request insurance documentation
7. Undertake any other duties as necessary
8. Ensure work area is tidy and free of hazards
Person specification:
1. Understanding of Car and Home Insurance
2. Ability to build instant customer support
3. Experience in retention or sales is preferable
4. Thrives on a challenge and has pride in your work
5. Drive to develop both personally and professionally
Skills required:

Regulatory Knowledge:

Hours of work:
37.5 hours per week Monday-Friday, 1 out of 4 Saturdays 9am – 1pm (paid time and a half or ½ days flex)
