Job Description: Instron Dynamic Division manufactures dynamic and fatigue testing systems to customers in high cost of failure markets. The Dynamic Systems business unit manufactures servohydraulic and electrodynamic testing equipment for fatigue-related applications. Job description: - Following the Front-to-Back process, leadand implementoperations-related projects in line with the ITW Business model. - Deliver growth by providing strategic directions to operationsmanagement. - Accountable for the revenue and cost reductiondeliverables across Operations departments. - Implementation of continuous improvement process to enhance key products meetcustomer-facing performance metrics for quality and efficiency. Key Competencies: - Ability to lead an operational workforce with a complex and highly technical product portfolio. - Authentic leadership style and demonstrable people management skills, including success driving significant change management programs - Ability to engage and drive a diverse population Key experience s : In-depth knowledge of capital equipment manufacturing and manufacturing operations in a global environment.
