* Assist business teams follow compliance rules when creating or updating products and services.
* Assist with key projects that support the company’s growth plans.
* Review and approve marketing materials and promotions, working closely with the Marketing team and meeting agreed deadlines.
* Provide practical advice to managers and project teams on handling regulatory issues and set clear steps to address them.
* Deliver compliance training to ensure employees understand and follow new and existing rules.
* Manage the Compliance Mailbox by responding to regulatory questions from the business.
* Stay informed about FCA/PRA requirements and how they affect the business.
* Promote a culture focused on Conduct Risk and positive Customer Outcomes.
* Understand how Conduct Risk, Treating Customers Fairly, Consumer Duty, Risk Management, and Solvency II relate to the role and suggest improvements when needed.
